Theft by check
How long does a Class A misdomenor for ''theft by Check'' stay on your record. I had 1 yr. probation and had to pay restitution.

It will stay on your record for life unless you received deferred probation.
Even if you received deferred probation your arrest for the charge will still show unless you get it expunged.
