theft for the second time
i was at a store and i was cought stealing something that was only worth $11.47 dollars what can they do because this is my second offence on this

Am not sure what you mean by your question, "what can they do?". They can have you arrested for starters. Were you arrested? If you were convicted the first time, and are convicted this time, it will affect your sentencing. A second offense will make it difficult to get deferred. You should hire a lawyer.
