Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
If you have things stored in buildings on your parents property and so does your brother, and he steals things from you, what can you do to him?

You can call the police and file a report or call the local DA's office and file a complaint.
They will investigate and determine if your brother should be prosecuted.
You can also sue your brother for damages.
