Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
I'm thinking about filing charges on this one guy. He's been harassing me and school and at home. And he followed me home tonight and threatened me. What do I file charges on, and do I have a good case? And if I got a restraining order, how does that work? He goes to school with me and we have a class together.

Write down everything this person has done to date, and anything done in the next day or so and then call police. It sounds like he is harassing you and stalking you, and it sounds dangerous. If charges are filed, the proseuctor will get a restraining order.
