Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
I have been getting threatening letters about old tickets in dallas but theres no warrant. The 9 tickets are 10 years old and ive never plead either way and im out of town. What should i do?

Never plead on these tickets or agree to pay them. First, contact the clerk's office and see if you can meet with a prosecutor. Ask for a dismissal of the citations since they are so old. There is almost no chance that you will have to pay these citations if you follow our advice.
