Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
I had got a ticket for a broken headlight and now they want to ad a failure to show up to it when the judge did not tell me to come back can th they do that?

If you went to court and you did not plea guilty or pay a fine, then you had to go back to court. Your failure to return to court results in an additional charge. (Moreover, you may not be able to renew your TDL if needed while there is a FTA pending.)
