Didnt do anything about ticket

Well i recieved a ticket from TABC for drinking, i stupidly said i had one beer. Many other kids recieved tickets, but at the bottom of mine the detective or w/e forgot to have me sign it. He told me to call some number in a week. I havent called the number because i was told to just forget about it. I really hope this is true, if anything comes up cant i just say i was never there and i dont know what they are talking about or what? Is anything going to happen? I really dont have money for a lawyer or a ticket, what should i do..

It is not required that you sign it. Often people refuse to sign. There might be a warrant for you. I recommend you call the court and find out if there is a warrant. If so, you are going to need money for the bond, the lawyer, the ticket and the court costs.
