Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Every time there is a background check on my name, there is a criminal record that appears during the search. However, it does not belong to me, it belongs to a person of the same name and birthdate. What can I do so that their criminal record does not appear when they search my name? Should I change my last name?

You cannot delete a real criminal history of someone else but you can go to the sheriff's department of that county, let them fingerprint you, and they will give you a letter confirming that you are not the same person with the criminal history. This is something you can use to give copies to people when you apply for jobs, etc.
