It is a third degree felony for which you can get 2 to 10 years (or probation or deferred.)

Actually, I believe Burglary of a Building is a state jail felony, meaning that the punishment range is 180 days-2 years in a state jail (assuming you don't have any prior felonies which would act to increase the punishment).
