I got first time drug charges in the state of TEXAS AND i'M ALREADY A FELON will I get prison time?

That greatly depends on what kind of drug charge you got and what your prior record looks like. If your new drug charge is a State Jail PCS case dealing with a trace amount, and you had a lower level felony from 20 years ago, you probably wont get prison time. If, however, you picked up some high level drug case and you have 10 prior felonies and just got out of prison two days before, then there is a high probability of going back to prison.
So, it really depends on the facts of your case.
