Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
First time off. felony
My son 19 yo has been indited on a 1st time off, of 3rd degree felony burgulary of a bldg, served 3 mo, got out on bail, didn't go back for trial, now is in for fleeing and will face orig. charges soon. I would like to know what all he will be looking at and I need to find an atty. who would be willing to work with me as I will be hiring his lawyer.
