I have a first time misdemeanor marijauna possesion. I received diversion program completed 5 of 6 months. My family lost our house and I had to move out of state to find work. My court appointed attorney will not answer my e-mails I have told him I moved an asked how to resolve this issue with no anwer I am getting frustrated because I want to take care of this. I have no other criminal history.
What can I do.

This would be considered a violation of most diversionary programs, meaning the original charge would be refiled and you would be in a worse position than you were before. I would try calling your old lawyer and send him a letter by certified mail. If that won't work, I would get another lawyer in the same jurisdiction to look into the matter for you.
