how much time will someone recieve if they commit robbery, this person is already on parole and this will be his 4th felony, it was commited in the state of texas?

Depending on the level of his prior felonies, he may be what is considered a habitual felony which means that he is looking at 25 to 99 years or life in prison. If he is on parole, his parole will be revoked and the time will run concurrently with the new time.
