Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
How many times can someone violate Probation Ts&Cs; and Deferred Adjudication Ts&Cs; (both felonies, running concurrently) before one or either are revoked? Is it at the judges discretion? This is in Harris County, Texas.

Once a person signs up for probation, it becomes a contract between the person and the judge. Any violations can result in revocation but the judge gets the final decisions. This is true in call courts in all counties.
