i am about toget off defered fellony probation in october 10 2010 i have been on it for five years i have no violations ecept they are trying to revoke me because i am 927.00 behind i have two warrents out if i turn myself in how long will i be in jail can i sit the rest of my fine out an on the tenth when my probation will be complete will i get out

Are the warrants for the motion to revoke? Or separate, additional charges?

At this point you may not be released from probation in October. You need to hire a lawyer to address this. Avoiding the hearing may have caused you the most damage. Often an attorney can get the probation terminated even though monies are still owed; or extend the probation for fee purposes only.
