Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
I was told my class a misdemeanor in 09 could not be expunged and part of my agrement was to accept this class a as opposed to jail time and judification. what is the law as far as protecting myself as far as a gun in my car or house?

Depends on the type of offense and the outcome. If it is an assault case involving family violence, you cannot have a gun as far as the feds are concerned - ever.
