Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas

In transition from me moving from California to Texas due to health reasons while driving through Arizona got a ticket for p o m (that the only thing that would help my illiness) its turned into a failure to appear. This is stopping me from getting a job because it comes up on my back ground check. being unemployed I'm not able to appear in court nor a attorney. Do I have any other options?

Not really. If you can't afford an attorney, then the court can appoint one for you (if they agree that you can't afford one). This will stay in the system until you take care of it or, if they don't file charges, until the statute of limitations runs. Even then, the arrest could remain. You cannot get an expunction or non-disclosure until you take care of the charge. The problem is that you may be arrested before you get your attorney if you can't afford one ahead of time. You are subject to arrest at any time, even on a simply traffic ticket, so it is best to take care of this sooner rather than later.
