Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Travel after conviction
Dear Sir or Madam,
If an individual has been sentenced to a 4 year prison term for aggravated assault, can that person be re-issued their passport to travel outside the U.S.A. once they have fully completed their sentence?
Respectfully, Ms. Tarentino

Re: Travel after conviction
Hello there,
Once you have fully satisfied your sentence you can get a new passport.
If you are paroled out and still have conditions you have to satisfy you can not leave the state without permission.
If my office can be of any further assistance feel free to contact me.
Sincerely,
