Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
trespassing
me and three of my friends were playing basketball at school when the school coaches saw us and said we all will be getting tickets for trespassing.. one coach warned us yesterday but we thought that warning was only for yesterday

Re: trespassing
The State has to prove that you had previous warning not allowed at all. Important facts would be what the previous coach told you and whether nay no trespassing signs are posted.
