Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
I NEED A TRUEFUL ANSWER PLZ....my fiance has violated his parole and he has a blue warrant out which he is currently in jail 4 how can he have this blue warrent lifted off of him and what are the steps that he need to take in order to do this.....

He will have to do whatever the parole board says he will do - period. He has a right to a hearing and if they determine he violated, then he will be punished. He could receive ISF or his parole (or his parole reinstated - not likely.)
