What type of attorney do I need to help defend me against an Identity Theft Case currently in the Texas Appraiser Licensing and Certification Board?

Based on what you have written, it is not clear what type of lawsuit you are involved in. If you are being criminally charged, then you will need a criminal defense law firm. If you are being sued in a civil court, then you will need a civil litigation law firm.
