Type your question here...i was have a prescrepition for hrydrocodone and i was recently pulled over and searched and they found 1 pill and a half in my cigeratte case i didnt have the bottle so i was arrested and i went to court i took my information with me showing my proof and they still gave me 2 years probation can they do this

Suggest you consult an attorney. This sounds odd. However, if you chose to do a plea bargain instead of trying the case, they can do it.

While you have proof that you had a prescription for the drug, the prosecution could insist that you prove at trial that the prescription on the bottle was for the drugs in your cigarrette case.
