Unlawful Carrying of a Weapon
Is it possible for two people to be charged with the offensive of unlawful carrying of a weapon when one person took responsibility for the weapon and has already been tried and convicted for this charge?

Yes. Its called joint possession. The law of parties says that multiple people can be guilty of possession of the same thing. As long as a person has care, custody, control or managment over the gun, that person can be criminally responsible.
