unlawful possession of a firearm
gun laws, what makes possessing a gun illigal? Not a felon no criminal history, what is the legal defintion of unlawful possession of a firearm?

Even if you legally can carry a gun. I assuming you have a concealed handgun license if needed. You still can't carry a gun in certain places such as bars, courthouses, and etc. These places will have a sign notifying you of that fact.
