Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
I got upset at a counter girl at a loan office and threw a container with pens at the wall not at her. Now she says I assault her. The manager hasn't seen the tape but I did't physically touch her the pens and container hit the wall can I be charged in texas as assault?

This probably won't qualify as "assault," but they could still charge you with disorderly conduct or some such.
