How verfiy that all stones have been uncovered - In an Expunction matter?
My son's case was No Billed. Now we are having to have an expunction. How do I verify that all this is definetly erased and no record of it can crop up and/or used against him?

If you want to have your best chance of uncovering the stones, hire a rockhound who knows where the rocks lie. In other words, get a lawyer to do the expunction.
