Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Can a victim accuse you of shooting them and they have to make the arrest even if the statement is false? Is that enough evidence?

If a person makes an allegation and there is nothing to dispute that allegation that is concrete (not another person denying), then the accused can be arrested and prosecuted.
