can a victim during a witness trial of a violated protective order to go to jail just show up in a discovery to non prosecution to not prosecute and go through with it I know that meet againin a discovery can the victim coming up as a witness giving all the evidence come off as a person that is using this system or when she put the protective order in now want to withdraw from it can she go to jail peanut

Your question is very confusing. A complainant can always ask to have charges dropped and to have the protective order lifted. When it comes to the protective order, the complainant has more possible "stroke". The violation of the protective order means that the accused did exactly what the judge told the accused NOT to do - not good.
