Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas

I violated one of my probation rules. It was not my fault though. It was right after court and i went to go do a drug test right after but the place i went to told me i could only do 2 things today. I finished those 2 things an left. I now have a warrant for my arrest and i want to just get out of probation by serving jail time instead. How would i be able to do this? How much jail time would i get for a POM charge or the violation?

You can get revoked and get up to 6 months in jail and you will lose your driver's license for up to 1 year. You can just turn yourself in and you will be brought to court. You plead true to the allegations, your probation is revoked and you serve your sentence. What you will be offered depends on the facts of the case, your criminal history, and the county.
