violation of parole punishment
can a felony parolee be arrested and heard in two separate counties for the same violation, having to post bond in both counties? original crime in one county, the violation taking place in home of another county.

Yes. Venue for the new crime is in the county in which the crime occurred.
Venue for the PV is in the county in which parole was established upon release.
