Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Is it a voilation of my rights if i am giving a polygraph test, while on probation?

No. It is standard on many probations - especially sex offense. The result is not admissible in court but any statements made regarding the test are. (For example, after a person fails a test the examiner then questions them in depth about why and if they admit drinking perhaps, the admisssion of this violation of probation IS admissible against them.)
