Voluntary confession. used in court?
made statments to police came to station willingly nothing was recorded, signed nothing. was told i waved all my rights. Can i have this thrown out in court?

Maybe, maybe not. If you were advised of your rights, and you voluntarily waived those rights, then it is not likely to be suppressed.
