Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Vop
My husband has been on probation for 9 1/2 years for an assault charge, and on deferred adjudication for a poss of c/s charge for 3 of those years. He will be off probation in 8 months. This is the problem: he was arrested on a new charge that has now been dropped, but they are still holding him. Can he still be revoked? He is current on his fees, completed all community service as well as drug classes, and has submitted clean UA's.
