Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
waiting period on probation
Yes my question is how long do you have to wait since the last time you were on deffered probation before you can recieve it again. Also if I messed up the last probation 6 years ago can I recieve it again. Last probation was a state jail felony this charge is a class b misdemeanor. All help and information would be greatly appreciated.
Thank You,

Re: waiting period on probation
There is no time period on deferred. It is up to the prosecutor whether they are willing to offer it, and the judge whether he is willing to grant it.
