Re: Waiver:
A Waiver of Arraignment is a motion filed with the Court to inform the Court that the Defendant has an attorney. It also informs the Court the Defendant knows what he is charged with and pleads not guilty and requests the matter be set for pretrial, and trial settings. This motion is filed and serves as your initial appearance without you having to appear in Court.
