Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
I was wanting to know how long does a person usually stay in prison before they come up for parole on a 5yr sentence for evading arrest with one prev conviction of evading arrest. It is a 3rd degree felony?

probably will come up for parole around a year and a half. That does not mean they will get it, but they will become eligible.
