Warrant due to bounced check
I recently recieved notice thru the mail that i had a warrant in Harris County due to a bounced check. Is the a way that I can pay for the bounced check with out having to go to court and without hacving to post bail?

Re: Warrant due to bounced check
Contact the Harris Co DA's office, ask to speak to the ADA assigned to your case, and see if he/she will agree that you can pay the check, plus whatever additional charges there are, and get the matter dropped.
If you hit a stonewall, contact lawyer John Ackerman in Houston.
