warrant for fraud
Is they any way to pay the company the money they are looking for? How many warrants can you get for 1 charge and can you get a passport with a warrant. Also how long is a warrant active?

It is sometimes possible to negotiate a settlement of all the charges. The number of warrants depends upon the number of charges involved. Most warrants will appear on a national database that will prevent you from leaving the country. The warrant is normally active until it is served. Get a lawyer.
