Re: warrant
An attorney will be able to minimize the consequences, whatever they turn out to be. You need a Texas lawyer to negotiate the FTA and the plea (unless, of course there are grounds to contest the charge). If you are picked up in AZ, the warrant will show up and you will probably be held while Texas decides whether to come pick you up -- on a misdemeanor theft, they will probably choose not to, but you will sit in jail for 10 days or so in the meantime.
