Anyway out of a warrant for motion to adjudicate guilt? i completed all terms of probation and will be found innocent of the new charge filed against me (the arrest violated my defered adjudication)

At least for most counties, you need to post the bond and address the issues. Even if you completed all the terms, you must be violating because you are not reporting or they would have arrested you.....

Hire a lawyer before posting the bond. What is more important than avoiding the warrant is avoiding the conviction. (And "will be found innocent" means that charges are pending.... The level of proof for a violation on probation is significantly lower than the level of proof for a conviction on the new charge.)

Not a time to play around.
