Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
I have a warrant or my public intoxication ticket. The courts said I need to come in person to set up a payment plan. Can they arrest me at the Municipal Court while I'm there trying to set up a payment plan?

Yes because you have a warrant but since they really want the money, it is unlikely. They really want you on a payment plan so you will pay.
