Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
I have a warrant out for theft by check in San Angelo TX from 13 years ago that I did not know about until it came up in an employment background check this past friday....I am trying to figure out if statute of limitations applies

As long as the warrant issued during the statute (which it probably did), then the statute of limitations is tolled (stopped) until you are caught and prosecuted.
