Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas

warrants

I have a warrrant in Texas for ''false statement to obtain cerdit'' This is for pawning a bike my friend had given to me and I decieded to pawn it for $30.00. She had the number from the pawn shop where she bought it from and ended up calling the police and telling them that the bike was stolen and pawned even know she had given it to me?! I now live in Northern Ohio. How far does Texas extradite? And is this a misdameanor? Also how do I prove that this bike was given to me? Well they find me? I am in no shape money wise to hire an expencesive lawyer or any thing I am pregnant and I need advice before I go nuts! Thanks

Re: warrants

I can only tell you that if the crime is not a felony, there probably will not be an extradition. You need to find out if it is a felony. Feel free to contact me if you have more questions. Best regards, Edward diCato
