Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas

getting a warrent dropped

An old boss of mine had a warrent put out for my arrest when he thought that he saw me on a video robbing his store. How ever He, and I sat down together and watched the video and he now knows it wasn't me and told me that he will talk to the DA to get the wattent dropped. Now since he has told me he would fix this but it has been almost 4 weeks now and it still isn't fixed. I'm told by the DA to turn myself in, ha, for what? I'm not turning myself in for a crime i didn't commit. How can i get this resolved? Any help will grateful. Thank U.

Re: getting a warrent dropped

Well, if there is a warrant, then you will get taken in. Ha is not a good approach to this situation. Get a lawyer before this gets even more out of control.
