Would like to know how much time one would get for a person who is on parole who got put back in county jail on a charge of unlawful posession of a weapon by an ex-convict.

Re: weapons
Hello there,
If you a conviction for a prior felony and you are caught in possession of a fire arm and you have not made an attempt to restore your fire arm rights you are facing a third degree felony.
A third degree felony has a punishment range any where from 2 to 10 years and up to a $10,000 fine.
But your case should be completely evaluated to see what can be done to help you. Don't just go in and plead guilty without having a competent criminal defense lawyer review your case.
Sincerely,
