Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Soon to be ex wife was arrested with marijuana in car during traffic stop with our daughter in car. She has confessed numerous times that our daughter was at her side at the drug dealers house to purchase the drugs. Can she now also be charged with child endangerment or other criminal acts as she has confessed them and not caught in the act? If so how does one go about pressing these criminal charges?
