Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
My wife filed an assault case on me. actually lied on the case. now she wants to withdraw the case. is it possible for her to wthdraw the caes and the charges will be dropped?

You need to hire a lawyer. Prosecutors are very, very hesitant to dimiss these types of cases regardless of the desires or claims of the complainant. If the charges get dismissed, it will be because your lawyer does a good job in defending you. Be prepared for a trial.
