my wife in jail
my wife is in jail and she was supposed to get a bond hearing within 28 days, the judge threw her back in jail without a bond hearing. She has been their since aug. 8. I was wondering what i could do?

Contact a qualified criminal defense lawyer to discuss filing a writ of habeas corpus to challenge your wife's continued confinement. There are only a few exceptions to the general rule that all persons are entitled to a bond. I don't know if your wife's case falls into one of those exceptions. Only a good criminal lawyer will be able to help you sort out her rights. Good luck.
