Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas

Is a wife legally bound to report her husband if he has multiple arrest warrants? We nhave 3 children, and I do not want to put them in jeopardy because I did not turn him in.....We live in Texas, and he has 5 class b misdemeanor bad check warrants, 1 theft 50 to 500 warrant, 2 bogus check warrants in Oklahoma, and a bench warrant in Kansas for fta on a felony severity level 8 False Writing charge.......I am tired of wondering if the cops are going to knock on the door, since some have been active since 2003.....

As for the out of state, it depends on the jurisdiction. They would have to extradite him. Sometimes, unless it is a very serious felony charge the other jurisdictions will not come for him. But you never know..
