Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
My wife and I made a sex video from a cell phone we r getting divorced and she's afraid I'm gonna post it, she knew about it but now saying she didn't for legal purposes through txt msg's I have the video and I want to release it due to her actions towards me. Is it illegal for me to post or even have just because she says she didnt know? She looks at the camera during the videoing so it's obvious she knew

The best thing you can do is delete this video immediately. Don't post it, don't share it, and don't even talk about it.
You don't actually have to tell your wife that you've deleted it, though.
